Where will my Virtual Office be located in NYC?

You will be issued a physical office address with onsite reception and meeting facilities directly on Broadway in Midtown Manhattan’s trendy Flatiron District.

Our offices are located on a mid-level floor in a high rise office building designed by a renowned architect. The building is a combination of stone, brick, terra cotta, iron and copper in the Beaux Arts style with extensive detailing inside and out.

Our office building holds Landmark status from the City of New York. What is a Landmark? A landmark is a building that has been designated by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission because it has a special character or special historical or aesthetic interest or value as part of the development, heritage, or cultural characteristics of the City, State, or Nation. For more details on NYC’s landmarking preservation system, please click here to visit their website.

We are across the street from Madison Square Park with its notable surrounding architecture as well as brilliant sunlight from the broad expanse of the area which is also home to such architectural highlights as the World renowned Flatiron Building, the Metropolitan Life and New York Life buildings and the exquisite New York State Appellate Courthouse – as well as multiple foodie hot spots by renowned top chefs.

Restaurants, eateries, and lounges abound within steps of your New York City Office. To name a few: Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s Eataly, the super popular Hill Country Chicken and Hill Country, Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club with celebrities, musicians, and sports stars visiting nightly, and the crowd-pleasing num pang sandwich shop.

Our neighbor, right across the park, Eleven Madison Park consistently receives top honors of the best restaurant in NYC and was just recently named the #5 restaurant in the World by U.K.’s Restaurant Magazine and the Best Restaurant in North America by Acqua Panna.

Hotels are plentiful. So if you need a place to stay after your scheduled meeting with a client at your New York Office, the closest hotel options would be the hip Flatiron Hotel with Toshi’s Living Room or the luxurious Nomad Hotel, where celebrities dine and President Obama had a few fundraisers during 2012, are steps away. The über trendy Ace hotel with April Bloomfield’s Breslin Bar and Dining Room is just a 5-minute walk from the office. A two block walk will provide other options such as major brand chain’s and independent hotel options.

It was recently announced that Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group will be opening the luxurious Virgin Hotel New York within a couple blocks from the office in 2016.

There’s always something to do within the neighborhood and there’s something for everyone. We have the Museum of Mathematics, Museum of S*x, and the Birthplace of Theodore Roosevelt – to name a few – all within a short walk from the office.

We also offer easy access to transportation to all parts of the city and the tri-state area. We are within 2 blocks from the R and N subway lines. A block further are the F and V lines, as well as the Path Train. A short walk will bring you right to Penn Station with access to the Long Island Rail Road, New Jersey Transit, and Amtrak.
